Responsibilities: Fill water jugs and load aid station supplies on Thursday and deliver to aid stations. On Saturday pickup all aid stations and re-pack into truck / trailer.

Description: Packet pickup and the pre-race meal start at 4:00 PM and go until 7:00 PM.
Responsibilities: Helping to setup packet pickup. Help with packet pickup for the 100 mile race – getting runners their numbers, shirts, sweatshirts etc., answering questions etc and or helping with the Cookout – Help with tearing down and picking up packet pickup.

Description: Race Start Location / Mile 0, 16.7, 33.4, 50.1, 66.8, 83.5 and 100.2 / Finish - The West Assembly / Start Finish Aid Station serves as the start and finish of the race as well as an aid station on each loop. It is 2.68 miles from the previous Aid Station – Bridge Aid Station / Aid Station #4 and 3.03 miles to the next aid station (Bridge Aid Station /Aid Station #1). Aid station supplies will be dropped off in advance of your arrival – There will be drop bags at this aid station. There will be HAM Radio Operators at each aid station to handle race communications. Crew / spectator access is allowed at this aid station. Spectators may park in the parking lot / campground area but must not park / obstruct the runner entrance into or out of the campground area. Please tear down and pack up aid station supplies before you leave for pickup by the Equipment Crew.

Please tear down and pack up aid station supplies before you leave for pickup by the Equipment Crew.

Description: The Sand Coulee Aid Station / Aid Station 2 and 3 will be visited two times per loop by the runners. Aid station supplies will be dropped off in advance of your arrival – There will be drop bags at this aid station. There will be HAM Radio Operators at each aid station to handle race communications. Crew / spectator access is allowed at this aid station but are required to park per THIS MAP and hike in per THIS MAP – all volunteers, crew and spectators must park in the North Assembly Area less than one quarter mile prior to aid station 1/4 on T-70 / Zumbro Bottoms Road – allow approximately 15 minutes to hike into the aid station. Please tear down and pack up aid station supplies before you leave for pickup by the Equipment Crew.
